We focus on properties created and crafted for those who are highly influenced by their surroundings.

Most of the properties we manage, we also hold a ownership position in. These range from respectfully renovated 1886 victorian residential units, to unconventional event, bars, and pop-up restaurant spaces to warehouses and office space in the heart of inner SE Portland.

Although our portfolio represent a range of assets types, our tenants, visitors, and guests tend to have something very similar in common; a desire, or even a need, to be in an environment that is more than just a space but is a safe haven of creative energy, self expression, and a platform for personal growth.
